I would like to acknowledge that Clouie and her manager Clark were very good to me and aloud me to pay my bill a little late and waived the late fee. Good people and helped me out a lot. Spoke with Clouie, she was great! I was past due on my account and she was able to help me get some fees removed, while also helping me make payment. I’ve been a member with this Storage Unit for months and have never had any issues. They always call if there is an issue and are always willing to help!

I run into a bit of a financial issue and needed to call Dove storage. I spoke with Giselle who was amazing. She needed to speak with a supervisor about my issue.
